In partnership with The Bay Area Customer Education Meetup, we’re co-hosting a Customer Education panel at Coffee Bar in SF, which will include a celebration of the launch of our new education platform Learndot and a panel featuring Customer Education experts from local software companies discussing best practices for scaling training. After drinks, appetizers, and professional networking, we’ll hear a few words from ServiceRocket CEO Robert Castaneda and Customer Education Meetup leader Adam Avramescu of Optimizely, followed by a panel of Customer Education experts discussing how to scale training and best practices for growing your training business. After, we’ll finish up with more networking and refreshments.
